How do I book an appointment?
Simply telephone or email Sharon directly to arrange a time that suits you. Appointments run Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm, and last around an hour.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring your complete outfit: dress or suit, shoes and clutch bag included. Seeing everything together is the only way to get the colour, shape and proportion of your headwear exactly right.
Should I hire, or have something made to order?
If your event is coming up soon, or you’d like to try a few options and take one home the same week, hire is the simplest route. If you have a little more time and want something entirely unique to you, a made-to-order piece is designed and handmade from scratch, so allow around four weeks from your appointment.
How much does it cost?
Hire pieces range from £55 to £95, with a small refundable deposit to secure your booking. Made-to-order costs depend on the size, shape and finish of the piece, so do telephone for an informal chat and a price before you commit.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, particularly for made-to-order pieces or appointments in the run-up to wedding season and the major race meetings, when diary slots go quickly.
Where is the studio, and is there parking?
The studio is at The Edge, 5 Rippons Drove, Northborough, Peterborough, PE6 9AG. There’s plenty of parking on the drive, so simply pull up on arrival and Sharon will come out to greet you personally and take you through.
